So I must be the most negative person in the world. I live in New York City and don't love it. I know, I know, it's the greatest city on earth. I'm tired of lying to people when they ask me how I like it. So instead, I'm actually going to try to like it.

McKay and I have not blogged for over a year, but now it's time to start up again. The deal is at least once a week, I'll write a post about why I love New York.

So here is our quick update. McKay took what was supposed to be a six-week internship at Newsweek this past April. We packed up our stuff in Provo and left it as the Coppins' house in Alpine (thanks Carol and Dave). The six-week internship turned into two months, then three, then four, and then a full-time job. The Coppins moved out our things and we started life in Queens. McKay loves his job and has had a lot of amazing opportunities being there. We are both very excited for everything ahead. And I'm excited to start loving the city.
